ビザ申請が完了した日が2021年10月29日で驚くことに同じ日の2021年10月29日にビザが下りました。
学生ビザはすぐに下りましたが国境が開くことでビザ申請の数も増えることから多少時間がかかることが予想されます。
余裕を持って申請ができると良いですね。
2021年11月22日にオーストラリア政府から新型コロナウイルスのワクチン接種を完了した日本人に対して2021年12月1日から入国を認めると発表がありました。 各州によってルールが異なります（州全体のワクチン接種率により隔離の有無など）また国境が開いていたとしても留学される学校の受け入れが可能かも確認する必要がありますので気をつけてください。
「注意」ビザの可否については最終的な判断は大使館に委ねられます。

1,オーストラリア学生ビザ申請に必要なもの
●COE(Confirmation of Enrollment) 申し込んだ学校から発行してもらえます。 コードが必要です。
●OSHC(Overseas Student Health Cover)学生強制保険 学校に申し込んだときに一緒に加入するのが一般的です。
●英文残高証明書
学校は申し込みだけではなく、実際に授業料支払いが必要になりますので渡航日が近い方は気をつけてください。
2,Immi Accountの開設
まずビザ申請をするにはアカウントが必要ですので、アカウントを開設します。
2.1 Immi Accountの作成サイトへアクセス
●Immi Account作成ページへアクセス(別ページが新しく開きます。)
●Create ImmiAccountをクリックしてアカウント作成を行います。
2.2 ImmiAccount作成のため必要事項入力
●個人で申請をする場合はIndivisualを選択
●User Details(名前、電話番号、Eメールアドレスを入力)
2.3 ユーザーネームとパスワードの設定
●Usernameを入力します。※今後ImmiAccountへログインする時に毎回使用します。
●Passwordを設定します。※小文字、大文字、数字、記号を使う必要があります。
※パスワードが合わなかったり条件を満たしていない場合は教えてくれます。
●秘密の質問と答えを入力します。 ※質問は選択肢の中から選び回答はご自身で設定します。 特に意味はないので覚えやすいもの、忘れにくいものを選択します。
●セキュリティーアラートを選択しまし。※選んだ項目の動作をすると登録したEメールアドレスにでメール送信されて知らせてくれます。基本的には全てにチェックを入れるのがいいでしょう。
●Terms and ConditionsとSecurity Checkにチェックを入れます。
●入力完了後にSubmitをクリックしてアカウントを作成します。
2.4 Immi Account作成完了
●メールが届いていますので、メールボックスを確認しましょう。

2.5 メールを確認してアカウントをアクティベイト化
初期のアカウント画面になります。早速申請をしたいところですが、まずはメールボックスを確認してアカウントをアクティベイト化しましょう。

3.1 New Applicationをクリック

●Student Visa(500)を選択します。
Student Guardian Visa(未成年の学生ビザ申請者サポートためのビザ）やSubsequent Entrant Visa(同行家族のための学生ビザ)は条件が違いますのでご注意ください。 もしこの2つのビザ申請が必要な方は今回の記事には当てはまりませんのでご注意ください

●CoE以外の留学証明があるか？ ※入学手続きが完了すると発行されるLetter of offerは該当しません。
●教育部門(Education Sector)を選択 ※お持ちのCOEを必ず確認してください。
●コース閉鎖に伴うビザ申請か？ Yes/Noを選択
●オーストラリア政府から承認された財政支援を受けているか？ Yes/Noを選択

3.13 同行家族について
●Non-accompanying member of the family unit→申請者家族全員の詳細は学生ビザを申請するかどうかに関わらず、この申請書に記載する必要があります。同行しない家族詳細の情報がないと後日学生ビザの交付ができなくなります。

3.14 Genuine temporary entrant
●Give details of support the applicant’s ability to meet the criteria and ensure supporting documents are attached
→オーストラリアの学生ビザ申請にはGTEの基準を満たす必要があります。
オーストラリアにて就学することが第一の目的であり、そのため一時的な滞在となり目的が達成されたら日本へ帰国することを2000文字以内で説明する必要があります。（これは不正な申請をさせないためです。）

●Have made adequate arrangements for health insurance for the period of their stay in Australia and acknowledge they are required to maintain these arrangements while in Australia as the holder of a student visa.
→学生ビザでオーストラリアに滞在している間は健康保険に加入しなけれなならないことを了承し且つ適切に手配している。
●Understand that a student visa is a temporary visa and that being granted a student visa will not guarantee that they will be eligible for the grant of a further visa to stay in Australia, including a skilled migration visa.
→学生ビザは一時的なビザであり学生ビザを取得しても技能ビザ移住を含むオーストラリアに滞在するための追加ビザの取得を保証するものではないことを理解している。
●Understand that if they cannot obtain a further visa they must depart Australia on or before the cease date of the student visa.

学生ビザに8534という条件が課せられた場合、「条件コード8534」と「No further stay」という短い文で説明文が示されることを理解しており、これは取得したビザに8534という条件が課せられたことを意味しオーストラリアに滞在している間は8534の権利しかないことを理解しています。そのためオーストラリア滞在中は以下のような限定的なビザしか取得できません。
-サブクラス485(Temporary Graduate)ビザ
-サブクラス590(学生ガーディアン)ビザ
●Understand that the effect of 8534 visa condition is that it will not be possible to apply to remain in Australia beyond the date authorised on the student visa and that they will be required to depart Australia on or before that date.→学生ビザで許可された期日を超えてオーストラリアへ滞在することはできず、その期日までにオーストラリアを出国しなければならないことを理解している。
●Understand that if the 8535 visa condition is imposed on the student visa, it will be indicated by the condition code 8535 and by the short description No Further Stay. They acknowledge that this means that the 8535 condition has been imposed on their visa and while in Australia they will only be entitled to the grant of limited visas including:
• A further student visa (subclass 500) in circumstance where the Commonwealth, or foreign government (as the case requires), does not oppose them from obtaining a further visa to stay in Australia.

●Give consent to Australian law enforcement agencies disclosing the applicant’s biometric,biographical and criminal record information to the Department to help identify the applicant, todetermine eligibility for grant of a visa and for law enforcement purposes.
→オーストラリアの法執行機関がビザ交付の的確の判断のために申請者の生体情報、経歴、犯罪歴情報を省庁が開示することに同意する。
●Give consent to the Department using the applicant’s biometric, biographical and criminal record information obtained for the purposes of the Migration Act 1958 or the Citizenship Act 2007.
→1958年移民法または2007年市民権法の目的のために取得された申請者の生体情報、伝記情報、犯罪歴情報を省庁が使用することに同意する。
●As an applicant:
I understand that if my visa ceases to be in effect and I do not hold another visa to remain in Australia at that time, I will be an unlawful non-citizen under the Migration Act 1958. As such, I will be expected to depart from Australia, and be subject to removal under the Migration Act 1958.
→もしビザの有効期限を過ぎ、その時点でオーストラリアに滞在するための別のビザを持っていない場合、1958年移民法の下で不法滞在者となり、直ちにオーストラリア国外へ出国しなければならないことを理解している。
●Australian values オーストラリアの価値観
Each applicant who is 18 years or over has read, or had explained to them, information provided by the Australian Government on Australian society and values, and agrees to the Australian values statement.
